          Please fill in all required Forms and send them to your National Scout Association for the signature of the authorized person. Your Association will send mail them to NSO Thailand. If possible, please send a list of participants and their information by e-mail in advance. It would help us a lot to prepare the participant database and the programme to welcome your scout group.


How to fill the Registration Form.

          Pre-Registration - In order to help with the preparation and planning of the 25th APR Jamboree, National Scout Associations who interested to attend the APR Jamboree should inform a preliminary estimate of the size of their contingent by completing the Form A Pre-Registration Form (Form A - Reply Slip) and return to NSO Thailand by 31 January 2005.


Participants Registration

          Scouts and leaders of a group participating in the APR Jamboree fill their personal data in the forms that should submit to NSO Thailand before 30 June 2005 accordingly.

  Scout Boy and girl age 12 - 17 years, born in 1988 - 1993

  IST - Male and female, participants born in or before 1987 who do not have leadership position in a group / contingent are welcome to register as IST (International Service Team).

Additional Necessary Information

  1. For participants and contingent leaders
 
The campsite will start to welcome Scout contingents on 27th December 2005. They can arrive at the campsite on 27th December 2005 but should not later than the afternoon of 28th December 2005.

They are expected to depart the campsite on 4th January 2006.

First Meal will be provided for scout contingents from breakfast of 28th December 2005 to lunch (lunch box) of 4th January 2006 as last meal.

Transportation will be arranged upon requested on Group Registration Form.

  - Transportation on arrival will be provided only on 27th- 28th December 2005 from Bangkok Airport and Bangkok Railway Station directly to the camp site.

- Transportation on departure will be provided only on 4th January 2006 from the camp site to Bangkok Airport and to NSOT Office, National Stadium for those scouts who attend the hospitality programme.


2. For IST members
  IST members are expected to arrive at the campsite on 25th December 2005. for early preparation to work with their team.. They are expected to depart the campsite on 5th January 2006. (IST members who wish to arrive before that date are expected to make their own arrangement.)
  First meal will be provided for IST at the cafeteria from lunch of 25th December 2005 to lunch of 5th January 2006 as last meal.
  Final application form for IST including job assignment and travel plans for more personal information will be mailed to IST members as in July 2005.
  Transportation on arrival will be provided only on 25th December 2005 from Bangkok Airport and Bangkok Railway Station directly to the camp site.
  Transportation on departure will be provided only on 5th January 2006 from the camp site to Bangkok Airport and the NSOT Office, National Stadium for those who attend the hospitality programme.
